Once your order is received, the following production
process will begin. It is our goal to keep you informed of your order
status every step of the way.
Receipt of Order
1. Confirmation including due date.
2. Price for the order including estimated shipping.
3. Proofs for each item ordered (within 72 hours of order).
Approval / Changes Required of Proofs
1. If changes are required, they will be done
with revisions resubmitted for approval unless waived by customer.
2. Acknowledgment of approval.
3. Date order will be shipped.
When Order is Shipped
1. Shipping company tracking number (normally
UPS).
2. Date of guaranteed delivery.
3. Copy of paid invoice for your records.
